PSX Training

PSX training is a fun, friendly, results driven class for anyone looking to improve their general physical fitness.  No experience necessary!  PSX coaches will guide you through the workouts.  Exercises can be scaled or modified to fit everyone’s needs.  PSX focuses on:

  • High intensity workouts to increase your lean muscle and burn body fat.
  • Mobility and stretching exercises to improve flexibility and relieve muscle tightness.

*PSX Cardio – No barbells or heavy lifting, just body weight and conditioning equipment.  Improve your cardiovascular fitness and burn some calories!

*PSX Lift – No cardio, just olympic weightlifting, power lifting and accessory lifts.  Learn proper form and technique or improve your 1RM.
